    How to play
    • Take turns placing tiles in one row or one column to make words. The first word covers the star.
    • After that, every word must join a word already on the board, and every new word it makes must be real.
    • A wild tile can be any letter and scores nothing.
    • You hold 7 tiles. Swap some for new ones, or pass, if nothing fits.
    • The game ends when the bag is empty and someone uses their last tile, or when everyone passes twice in a row.
    • Accents are left off the tiles: play É, È and Ê as E, Ç as C, Œ as OE. The word list shows the real spelling.
