What your team learns

  1. AI at work: what it can and can't doWhat AI tools are good at, where they fall down, and why a confident answer is not always a correct one.
  2. Using AI without leaking informationWhat not to paste, following your organisation's AI policy, and personal data rules in plain terms.
  3. Check before you trustHow to verify facts, calculations, summaries and recommendations before they go anywhere.
  4. Responsible AI and the EU AI ActAn awareness lesson on risk levels, transparency and key dates. What applies depends on how your organisation uses AI.
  5. Putting AI to work safelyWhen to use AI, when to check with a person, and when not to proceed.

What the programme will include

  • Five short lessons

Each takes 5 to 8 minutes: a spoken explanation, a realistic workplace scenario, a few quick knowledge checks and a summary.

  • Voice practice with Tera

People talk a scenario through out loud with Tera, Testera's voice tutor, and hear how they would handle it at work.

  • A completion summary

Each person gets a summary of the lessons they finished and how they did on the knowledge checks.

  • A progress report for managers

Planned with our first organisations: who has started, who has finished, and where the team found the checks hardest.

Who it is for

  • Employers

Teams who already use AI tools, or are about to, and want staff to use them with care.

  • Schools

Older secondary students and staff, with plain English and no technical background needed.
